Roles & Responsibilities

  • Calendar management: Organize and oversee intricate timetables, such as appointments, meetings, and travel plans across several time zones. Set meeting priorities and make sure the executive is managing their time well.
  • Email management includes keeping an eye on the executive’s inbox, writing and replying to emails on their behalf, and discreetly handling all contact.
