- For knowledge exchange, record known problems, troubleshooting techniques, and fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- A bachelor’s degree or at least a few years of professional experience.
- Expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, and New Relic for monitoring and logging.
- Solid familiarity with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices, RCA, and incident management.
- Familiarity with Python, Bash, or PowerShell programming and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to operate in a demanding, round-the-clock setting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with integrating self-healing systems, predictive analytics, or chatbots powered by AI into support processes.
- AWS certifications in solutions architecture, sysops administration, or cloud practice.
- Familiarity with ITSM technologies such as Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable ticketing systems.
- It is advantageous to have practical experience with AI/ML-driven support automation.
