Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Execute tasks outlined in KRAs and position summaries in accordance with SOPs and runbooks, recognizing the business implications; adhere to customer security and compliance regulations; and follow proper customer contact protocols.

- Ensure that the engagement project/process meets the stipulated productivity objectives
