Roles & responsibilities
- Acquire, maintain, and leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Utilise cutting-edge troubleshooting methods to offer specific solutions for each of our clients’ particular demands.
- Work on the documentation of important, complicated issues.
- Use your daily experience to give internal teams feedback on how to enhance our services from the perspective of the customer.
- Help write the SOP, SMTD, and KB for technical support experience by collaborating with the technical team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sometime in 2023 or 2024 will graduate.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information management, information science, or a similar discipline.
- Outstanding English communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems and Linux/Unix systems management (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc.)
- Scripting and/or programming knowledge in Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP.
- Basic understanding of databases and networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Being in contact with cloud computing.
