Roles & Responsibilities
- Obtaining a savings and current account in the designated area and generating references from the designated catchment area.
- Ensuring excellent client acquisition in terms of mix, composition, and products.
- Activating and onboarding users on digital channels.
- Help the Senior Sales Manager with the branch scoping and catchment mapping tasks.
- Give the Branch Manager and Senior Sales Manager regular input on the needs of the customers and future prospects.
- Ensuring adherence to the organization’s SOPs and sales compliance.
- Acquiring products of high quality and making sure that all internal and external rules and requirements are strictly followed.
- Regularly carrying out operations in the catchment to attract high-caliber HNI clients and enhance IDFC First Bank’s visibility.
- Focusing on important core initiatives and often asking current clients for recommendations.
