Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help management with employee hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviewing, counselling, and disciplining staff.
  • Observe all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; notify the manager of any accidents, injuries, and dangerous working circumstances.
  • Preserve the privacy of confidential information. Welcome and honour each visitor in accordance with business policies.
  • Communicate with others in a straightforward, businesslike manner, and answer phones politely.
  • Build and preserve good working relationships with others; assist the team in achieving shared objectives; pay attention to and effectively address the concerns of other staff members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
