Roles and Responsibilities

- Determine any trends that surface from the audits and help to improve the programme or process.
- As per SOP and SLA, promptly respond to stakeholders on relevant assignments.
- Efficiently report issues to the appropriate owners or teams in accordance with a defined procedure.
- Update trackers or workflow tools to keep track of daily tasks.
- Reach corporate objectives and KPIs, such as SLAs, productivity, quality, and usage benchmarks.
- Recognise performance indicators to advance corporate objectives.
- Participate in the development of the corresponding team or programme while working in a collaborative setting.
- Gain a global viewpoint and comprehend the subtle differences between the many regions that Amazon serves.
