Roles & Responsibilities
- Extracting the essential data from the lease agreements and entering it into the application software used by the client.
- Completing the Lease Abstract Form and extracting the important information from the Multilingual Lease Documents.
- Examining the lease data and financial data, such as insurance, taxes, CAM (community area maintenance), and other expense recoveries.
- Desk Top Audit, Expense Reconciliation, and Recovery Analysis for Taxes, Insurance, and CAM, and provide the Management Team with the Audit Findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Commerce, Science, and Arts (B.Com., BA/BCA, B.Sc., BBM, BBA) – 2023 only those who have passed out.
