- Calls in specialists to create/review process flow charts, remove outdated documentation, and update documentation.
- Checks papers for formatting, spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes and revises them accordingly. include the necessary diagrams and screen photos to clarify the process.
- Makes recommendations for changes to the sentence structure, word choice, and general text flow to ensure content clarity.
- Maintains, records, and arranges proofread documents in an organised manner, making sure the most recent versions are incorporated into the process as a whole.
