Roles & responsibilities
- In charge of gathering, cleaning, and extracting the Corporate Actions Data from the Bloomberg system and delivering it to the group.
- Carries out ongoing upkeep and updating of current customer data
- Establishes and maintains settlement instructions continuously for a range of internal applications
- Engages in daily communication with global operations teams to guarantee prompt updates of all settlement instructions. Vigorously tracks settlement rates to verify accurate updating of instructions.
- Communicates with various operations teams throughout the world to guarantee that new clients are properly opened and satisfy local legal requirements before engaging in trading activity.
- Account opening activity is tracked every day to make sure all documentation and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Deliverables of regular, specified tasks are made every day, and knowledge of the larger context in which work is done is also developed.
- Promptly completes all required reports and meets all standards
- Knowledge of and compliance with risk and audit controls.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, showing special attention to protecting Citigroup, its clients, and its assets. This can be done by enforcing Policy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, using good judgement when making decisions about one’s own conduct, behaviour, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience, particularly in identifying customers in a multinational financial services company
- No hybrid model; you must visit the office five days a week.
- Must be adaptable enough to work various shifts, including late NAM and early APAC hours.
