Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilising technological platforms and tools, assist in gathering, arranging, and analysing data related to facility management.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to determine and specify KPIs and data requirements for initiatives involving facility management.
- To find trends, patterns, and insights that can improve operational effectiveness and reduce costs, engage in data exploration and visualisation.
- In order to give real-time visibility into facility performance and important data, create and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Encourage the facilities management ecosystem’s adoption and integration of data analytics technologies.
- Help find ways to increase data completeness and accuracy by automating manual operations.
- Regular audits, cleansing, and validation processes help to guarantee the quality and integrity of the data.
- Keep abreast of developments in data analytics and facilities management, including industry trends, best practices, and upcoming technologies.
- Participate in the creation of data analytics plans and offer suggestions for streamlining procedures.
- Work together as a team to assist in the development and use of prescriptive and predictive analytics models for facilities management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, analytics, data science, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to make decisions based on data.
- Competence with data analytics technologies, including Tableau, SQL, R, Python, and comparable platforms.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of the principles, procedures, and data sources of facility management.
- Outstanding written and vocal communication abilities, with the capacity to succinctly and clearly convey complicated results.
- Capability to cooperate with stakeholders at different levels and work well in a team setting.
- Accurate and data-integrity focused, paying close attention to detail.
- Self-driven and open to picking up new skills and adjusting to different approaches and technologies.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and multitask in a hectic setting.
- Strong time-management and organising abilities.
