Roles & responsibilities
- Conduct manual audits in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and address outliers and exceptions.
- Determine any trends that surface from the audits and help to improve the programme or process.
- As per SOP and SLA, promptly respond to stakeholders on relevant assignments.
- Systematically escalate issues in accordance with a predetermined procedure to the appropriate owners or teams.
- Update trackers or workflow tools to keep track of daily tasks.
- Reach corporate objectives and KPIs, such as SLAs, productivity, quality, and usage benchmarks.
- Recognise performance indicators to advance corporate objectives.
- Participate in the development of the corresponding team or programme while working in a cooperative atmosphere.
- Gain an understanding of the subtle differences between the several regions that Amazon works in and adopt a global perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
