Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Oversee the complete triage and resolution of tickets that users of the client’s custom apps send. Determine the severity, offer solutions, and escalate if required.
- Acquire knowledge of the custom client apps’ workflow and offer issue reporting explanation and direction.
- Give stakeholders periodic information on the state of the issues.
- Make sure the relevant parties are informed so that problems are fixed within the predetermined SLAs.
- Keep track of JSM ticket statistics to spot patterns and general problems that can be used to assist Product and Partner Management teams in determining which improvements will yield the most return.
- Answer ad hoc inquiries from the Trove team on the technical operation of the customised apps for clients.
- As the main subject matter expert for issue triage and resolution, offer day-of support for product releases.
- Give daily assistance for hardware problems that are reported in the warehouse.
- Assist in creating documentation on the features of the customised apps for clients.
