- This position will be in charge of making sure that allocated production tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, as well as doing daily tasks in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- In order to ensure timely booking of invoice amounts in DWS’ internal IBOR and ABOR systems, this role must confirm the invoices against the rate cards that have been agreed upon with the clients.
- Ensure that there are no operational losses, prompt escalations, and zero errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–
- Knowledge of the Investment and Accounting Book of Records and the reconciliation process.
- It’s advantageous to have prior TLM and/or BlackRock Solutions “Aladdin” system experience.
- A new hire will also suffice, and any prior reconciliation experience will be highly valued.
- Readiness to work the primary night shift.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; outstanding task, workspace, and documentation organisation.
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; must be able to operate in a team setting.
