- Assist Prospective Students: Inform prospective students about the course content, teaching style, aspects of the programme, and other relevant details. We will need to call at least 100–150 of the hundreds of applications we receive each month in order to choose candidates for our courses.
- Clarify Questions: Address concerns and questions concerning courses, career planning, and programmes in order to help students make informed decisions.
- Representing our brand: Communicate with prospective students in a friendly manner and ensure that they get a positive image of Kraftshala by acting as a professional representative of the firm.
- Lead monitoring and follow-up: Keep a close eye on potential leads and take proactive steps to follow up in order to ensure prompt communication and boost conversion rates.
- Data tracking: Maintain current documentation and data to track admissions figures, and performance metrics, and to give regular updates to the admissions head.
