Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- 100% process adherence to timetables for moneyin, moneyout, enrollment, and other quantifiable parameters in order to prevent backdated transactions.
- Complete compliance with the law in accordance with the corporate structure.
- Process the allotted predetermined number of transactions.
- Satisfies internal process parameters (such as productivity, quality, and consistency index) that are specified for the subprocesses in relation to transaction processing including MoneyIn, Moneyout, Enrollment, death, and liquidation processing, among other things.
- Follow the instructions in the process documentation for all pertinent procedures to ensure audit compliance (SAS 70, Statutory Audit).
- Meet productivity and quality objectives as well as process SLAs and metrics within the given timeframes.
- Make that the established process rules are adhered to.
- Answer inquiries for data.
- Follow the procedures for shift changeover.
- Inform process and team leads of any problems or concerns you have in a timely manner.
- Respond to consumer and end user calls within the prearranged time periods.
- As directed, forward calls pertaining to the next level of service to the relevant department.
- First-time handling of problems or inquiries.
- Participate in and contribute to knowledge-sharing events.
- Fulfill all certification requirements as specified by the company.
- Match personal aims with group goals (collaborate as a team).
- Engage in and make a contribution to organizational endeavors.
