- Initial point of contact for any requests or problems raised by end users.
- Usually offers technical assistance to both internal and external clients.
- In charge of offering clients and/or staff the first line of telephone technical assistance for hardware, operating systems, subsystems, and/or applications.

- One to four years of Tech Support Voice Process (ITSD) experience.
