Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring that it meets international standards.
- To design a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision, identify market prospects by comprehending end-user demands, bank requirements, the regulatory environment, the competitive landscape, and fintech trends.
- Engage in daily interactions with clients (bankers, partners) to ascertain and coordinate the business needs for the product.
- Transform corporate needs and market prospects into implementable product deliverables by evaluating target consumers, income potential, market viability (provider API accessibility), risks, compatibility with the ecosystem, and global reach.
- Including the WHAT, WHY, MVP, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, user stories, acceptance criteria, error scenarios, test cases, and go to market strategy, create thorough Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Usability testing will help you create wireframes and work with the design team to create high-fidelity and low-fidelity UI designs and UX processes.
- Provide a product walkthrough to the development and quality assurance teams; clear any obstacles; address dependencies; verify the technical specification document; and work with the project/POD lead to create and deliver tasks.
- After the product has been thoroughly tested, evaluate the test cases, classify the issues, and assign a priority, provide the product signoff.
- Together with all the stakeholders, create a pre-launch plan for app store optimization and consumer outreach using the many channels of current communication, such as blogs, social networking handles, email, push, text messages, and coming soon banners.
