Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the lifespan of data quality issues by policies, standards, and procedures.
- Analyse the impact, rank, and prioritise issues with reported data quality, and make sure all relevant information is recorded.
- Work together with owners of processes, data, and applications to identify important data elements, profile data, and create business data quality controls that should be put in place to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the data. Work together with owners of applications to make sure that application data flows are recorded and that technical data quality checks are agreed upon and put into practice. Data contracts between applications that are produced and used
- Use metrics to track the risk to data quality and notify the data governance council of any problems.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of the issue management lifecycle for data quality
- Expertise in utilising cloud technologies to implement timeliness, structural accuracy, and completeness checks
- Previous experience in the BFSI business working in the Office of the Chief Data Office; ability to engage stakeholders and cultivate productive working relationships
- Capacity to carry out a risk assessment about data quality, recognise hazards and take appropriate precautions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to succinctly express risks, concerns, and CXO actions
