Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Determine the bottleneck in the process.
- Conduct regular line audits to ensure that the stated procedure and equipment specifications are followed. Motivate your EMS partner to finish the audit action items.
- Examine and accept the SOP and NPI Equipment specification.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Work for the organization’s mobile phone manufacturing process (SMT/Assembly) excellence with EMS partner.
- Practical knowledge in developing process fixtures and equipment, including SMT machines (mounter, Printer, AOI, reflow, assemble machines with glue dispensers, auto screwers, plasma cleaning and pressing machines, clean rooms).
- A thorough understanding of production yield, capacity estimation, PFMEA, CP, and CPK
- Competent in managing engineering change notes.
- Knowledgeable about CAD/Solid Works, fixture localization, and fixture debugging.
- Must have a strong sense of teamwork, Risk assessment, proactive thinking, and handling
