Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Using BCG’s content management system, Sitecore, assist with the creation of web content and quality assurance testing of internal-facing informational webpages. Collaborate with internal BCG teams to comprehend requirements, provide information, provide training, come up with innovative solutions, and solicit feedback during the site-building process.
- Utilize templates, post material, evaluate designs, and construct new webpages on your own
- Determine the bugs or technical problems the system has and record them in the defect management system for the project.
- Assist QA and Development teams with automated testing.
- Oversee and work on several ongoing projects, keeping good note of the time spent on each one so that it may be examined later.
- Assist the product manager and lead analysts with any further requests for analysis or process step documentation to be used as inputs for the platform’s future development.
