- Strong experience in dashboard, report, and insight generation creation.
- familiarity with the data visualisation tool Tableau.
- familiarity with the Alteryx tool and associated procedures.
- exceptionally strong in SQL and Python (or any other querying language)
- possesses exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- strong use of logic and science to problem-solving.
- outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organising abilities.
- Ability to clearly and succinctly explain complicated findings to all organisational levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduates in any discipline, while those with a background in math fields are preferable.
- Must have worked in the field of data analytics for at least one to three years.
- Possesses expertise creating and automating reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Must have worked with the Tableau visualisation tool for at least one to three years.
- Working knowledge of the Alteryx tool and its dashboard automation techniques.
- Strong background in drawing conclusions from facts, whether historical or current.
- Adapt at using Python and other cutting-edge programming languages.
- Familiarity with relational databases, Snowflake, and query languages such as SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning and text analytics (NLP) is advantageous.
- Having experience with CX (customer experience) or working on projects involving survey data is beneficial.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
