Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Collaborate with clients to support projects that influence vernacular-conscious digital channel marketing decisions.
- Inform top management of important customer prospects, possible dangers, and other important details.
- Make sure your clients are happy by providing services in an effective and efficient manner.
- Establish feedback and review processes on a regular basis with your clientele.
- Create and share strategic roadmaps along with quarterly, half-yearly, and year plans.
- Manage and guarantee the expansion of your account by upselling and cross-selling various aspects of your vernacular services.
- Implement efforts for process improvement. Encourage the team and the organization to create best practices that will increase the efficacy of account management.
- Utilize industry and syndicated digital research to benchmark trends and/or control expectations for predicted trends.
- Managing the team and addressing complaints.
- Make sure the workplace is motivating and has a favorable atmosphere.
- Be seen as a leader by actively contributing to the agency’s leadership in terms of its vision.
- Respond to each day’s question from Language Ambassadors within the allotted time frame, and work with the entire team to make sure they are all taken care of.
- Update all weekly client needs, including word count papers, process updates, capacity checks, and internal discussions on each reviewer’s identification of the week’s highlights and lowlights, which are then reported to LEM.
