Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- With little help, design, build, and test given user stories or change requests.
- Write unit tests, document the design, and annotate associated work items with the appropriate comments and notes.
- Attend meetings on a regular basis with Technical Leads to discuss Technical Design Specifications, acquire development assignments, monitor advancement, and get clarification on technical matters including design testing and coding.
- Acquire knowledge of and proficiency with the necessary tools to guarantee version control, documentation, tracking of bugs, and source code control.
- Make sure that conventions and standards for coding and development are adhered to.
- keeping track of, addressing, and incorporating development issues as they arise and as previously allocated for a particular release into a status report for the Development Coordinator.
- Helping the development coordinator choose and distribute technical tasks among the development team members according to the development manager’s chosen release content.
- Ensuring that before a development item is turned over to the Implementation group for Integration Testing and the QA group for overall Quality Assurance, it has been extensively unit tested in an appropriate deployable environment (outside the development environment).
- Taking part in product design and analysis sessions.

- A strong foundation in the ideas of object-oriented programming is necessary.

Technical Requirements
- Outstanding comprehension of C, C++, and Oops principles; •.NET – knowledge of ASP, C#, and VB.net is helpful but not required.
- Multi-level application development and design
- Oracle, SQL Server, and other RDBMS designs
- DHTML and JavaScript in HTML
