- Keeps an eye on the solutions and infrastructure of clients
- Detects issues and mistakes before or at the time they arise detects typical occurrences, chances for prevention, and broad potential for incident reduction on a regular basis
- Examines allocated first-line occurrences and determines the underlying cause of issues and incidents
- Follows established processes to fulfill authorized requests.
- When needed, offers clients phone or chat help. Carries out authorized maintenance tasks, such as patching and configuration adjustments.
- Complies with the necessary handover protocols for shift changes in order to maintain service continuity.
- As required, reports and escalates situations
- Makes certain that requests and situations are resolved completely and effectively

- Produces new knowledge articles or updates those that already exist.
- Finds ways to optimize work, such as through automation of tasks, request fulfillment, issue handling, and other general process improvement possibilities.
- Additionally, when needed, may assist with or contribute to project work. May work on putting Disaster Recovery functionality and tests into practice.
