  • Responds to, assesses, and ranks inbound help requests via phone, email, and chat from users having issues with networking, hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies.
  • Identifies issues, looks into them, offers solutions, and follows up with clients as necessary. Escalates more complicated situations to the relevant team.
