Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Managing and overseeing client product assistance for consumers contacting the support center by phone, chat, or email.
• Telephone customer service for voice processes (INBOUND and Outbound calls) for clients from overseas.
• Customer goods from clients (Analytics, YouTube, etc.).
• Timely and effective service delivery for several clients across teams They collaborate closely with the functional leads to establish overarching plans and procedures aimed at boosting process productivity and efficiency. They collaborate with the BD team to expand the service offering and bring on new customers.
• After consulting with project stakeholders, create and oversee a plan for risk reduction and control.
• They use a variety of apps to service every client via account managers, or in some situations, they operate independently of account managers.
