Roles & Responsibilities

• Follows up on RMS Consultant requests and supports the client team to ensure the process is completed.
• Recognises the essential elements of the RMS rules and policies of the company and regulators
• Initial evaluation of client teams’ submissions is carried out, and the suggested transaction or requests are assessed for appropriateness, correctness, and completeness.
• Serves as a point of contact for the client teams, other RMS team members, and different departments inside the company.
• Creates responses to inquiries from clients.
• Timely completion of duties and activities and accountability for certain results.
• Employs analytical techniques and project management instruments.
• Learns about the firm’s personnel, service offerings, business plans, and structure.
• Creates a network of contacts both within and outside of RMS.
• Plans and arranges own work, notifying others of progress and activities.
• The individual must quickly grasp the essential requirements of the firm’s and the regulator’s RMS rules and policies and apply judgement to initial consultations and/or submission reviews.
• The individual will make reference to current policies, but because unusual situations arise frequently, they will also need to conduct situation-specific research and offer answers to problems.
• Give the necessary feedback so that procedures can be improved over time.
