- Working in tandem with Training Management Services Coordinators at every MT office worldwide to fulfill training booking requests.
- A proactive approach to working with internal departments worldwide to guarantee that essential data regarding course availability and booking requests are promptly uploaded into the necessary systems.
- Communicating with the administration and sales coordinators to make sure that clients receive joining instructions on time and with accurate information.
- Working proactively with MT centers throughout the world to maintain frequent assessment forms and feedback reports in order to improve the satisfaction of our internal and external clients.
- Providing availability and revenue reports, as well as keeping other booking and financial records up to date in the system, in order to facilitate communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
