Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
Bachelor’s in Electrical
- GIS Single Line Substation Prepared diagrams, 3D models, sections, and detailed erection drawings for projects or tenders according to client specifications.
- Create a bill of materials according to the specifications for projects or bids.
- completion of the cable tray layout, earthing, and civil input requirements.
- Technical data sheets for main equipment validation.
- Provide AIS, GIS, hybrid, and special purpose substations with optimal designs that are on time and of standard quality.
- Creating LCC diagrams for gas-insulated switchgear with a high voltage (66 kV and beyond).
- GIS CB, disconnector, earthing switch, fast acting earthing switches, and CT and VT schematics are prepared.
- JBs are ready for the density, VT, and CT monitors.
- Calculating the AC/DC load.
- Interlocking tables and schematics for several busbar combinations are prepared.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical:
- High voltage surge arresters, capacitor banks, disconnectors, battery energy storage systems, and other HVC-related products (>66kV and above) are prepared for 3D modeling.
- Generating the bill of materials (BoM) for the items and modules, assigning component numbers using SAP coordination, and checking the 2D and 3D drawings before sending them to the client.
- Ensuring technical specifications are prepared for different high voltages.
Bachelor’s in Civil:
- Tekla model preparation, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings for the steel support structures used in gas-insulated switchgears over 66 kV.
- Make sure all required inputs from stakeholders are at hand.
- Create a project-specific civil plan for the client, giving GIS loading for the design of the customer’s ceiling cranes, floors, and other structures, as well as information on the impact of the environment on the designs of GIS structures.
Software Engineer:
- To satisfy the demands of the engineers, create tools using the Zuken E3 API.
- Familiarity with C# 9.0, VB.Net, and the.NET framework version 5 and above.
- Understanding of SQL Server, the.NET framework, and design/architectural patterns (such as Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Possess COM, Excel Macro, and Open-XML automation experience is a must.
- Should have developed databases and modeled relational databases using Windows Forms and WPF Applications (MVVM), as well as database plans.
