Job Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech (in any of the following streams – Electronics & Communication, CSE/IT, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering), BCA, MCA, or any graduate with a PG Diploma in Media and Broadcasting. Min. 60% in X, XII and graduation.
Experience: Fresher, 0 – 1 Year

Salary: As per company standards
Location: Training will be placed in the NEP India office in Delhi NCR.
On successful completion of training, candidates will either be assigned to projects in India or abroad. Candidates may also be relocated to any of the NEP Group offices internationally.

• Set up, configure, and operate audio-visual equipment in project locations based on the specifications of the project.
• Test, maintain, prepare, pack and unpack the kits in the base location and venues and assist senior engineers in troubleshooting on site
• Analyze and repair technical faults in equipment and systems.
• To be flexible in travel to overseas locations at short notice.
• Working knowledge of Audio-Visual Systems.
• CCNA/Coding Language
• Understanding of IP and Networking

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Candidates must be willing to travel for lengthy periods of time on projects, have hands-on experience, and be field engineers.
- You must reach a specific level of proficiency and receive training on broadcast equipment.
- Regular repairs, upkeep, operation, packing, unpacking, installation, and disassembly of the equipment will be your responsibility.
- The places where you work may differ depending on the project; for example, you may be expected to work outside in a variety of settings, such as stadiums, athletic arenas, conference centers, auditoriums, or studios anywhere in the globe.
- As part of the project, you will have to travel to several different countries. A few of the places where our projects are being undertaken are Australia, England, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, UAE, the UK, and the USA.
