- This group of driven and extremely talented people provide technical support to IBM customers.
- Recognizing, focusing, and characterizing the client’s concerns in terms of articulating the issue and appreciating its extent.
- Controlling client expectations and comprehending the scope and technical significance of the problem.
- Collaborating with other support operations/organizations while applying technical and negotiating abilities to identify, prioritize, and diagnose issues in order to use problem determination and analysis skills to resolve them.
- Together with the Services, Development, and SRE teams, you closely collaborate to address found product issues.
- Notifying the customer or an IBM representative of updates and plans of action in accordance with response requirements.
- The capacity to track and record every stage of the problem-solving process, including any communications with the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile processes, technologies, and workflows.
- Demonstrated a focus on teamwork.
- History of acquiring knowledge and using it for technical applications.
- Work in a customer-facing capacity using a rotating shift paradigm and take part in a rotation of on-call and production-down assistance.
- Knowledge bases and networks are beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in network, on-premises, SaaS, and platform contexts.
- Corresponding practical experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years’ worth of minimum experience in the field.
- Proficiency in database troubleshooting (Oracle, DB2).
- Familiarity with the Agile development process.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containers, such as Dockers. Expertise in RedHat OpenShift/AWS will be beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java / JEE, or any other programming language.
