Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- To provide value to the customer experience by marketing products and discovering sales and training opportunities, and to help customers use Thomson Reuters products by suggesting search tactics that are customized to the user’s unique research needs.
- To keep customers happy and loyal to Thomson Reuters, make sure every customer encounter is in line with the Thomson Reuters brand.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Service Managers, Global Account Managers, and Development to tackle crucial concerns that could potentially affect client relationships more significantly.
- Help in managing the content in the Knowledgebase, including timely quality reviews and team member feedback
- Assume the role of product lead by reviewing call records, producing documentation, and/or providing team training.
- Help team members with customer inquiries about the product(s) the team supports and system-related problems.
- To create and update training materials, collaborate closely with instructional and training designers.
- Organize and lead mock-call sessions for both new and seasoned team members to improve call management skills as needed.
- Determine any gaps and necessary process modifications, then make them.
- Cooperation between Workforce Management and Training
- Prepare feedback reports tailored to each product for different product development teams.
- When needed, help management with recruiting efforts by going to career fairs and job shadowing.
- When necessary, provide refresher training both internally and outside.
- Respond to support queries from the sales team as needed.
