Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Examine every kind of individual US income tax return.
• Exhibit a high degree of technical tax understanding competency.
• Oversee the engagement group.
• Establish performance metrics and make sure that targets for turnaround time, quality, and engagement economics are fulfilled, among other performance goals.
• Determine and oversee new services that the service line at the VVN is capable of providing.
• Develop, oversee, and mentor Specialists and Associates.
• Lead by example and project an executive presence.
• Inform all stakeholders of the project’s status and progress.
• Awareness of the firm’s data privacy and confidentiality policies, client engagement and acceptance letters, tax return preparer guidelines, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Follow internal procedures and practice protocols religiously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

• One to two years of experience filing individual US tax returns.
• After graduation, a finance-focused M.Com., MBA, or PGDM should be pursued.
• Undergraduate degrees in B.Com., BBA., BBM., or BMS.
• 50% of all academic scores (10th, +2, UG, PG) are required.
• Experience (if applicable): 0 to 24 months (prior knowledge of US taxes is not required).
• Strong background in finance, accounting, and taxes.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
