Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- The Talent Acquisition team receives general administrative and recruitment support through job advertisements, candidate communication, and the scheduling and arranging of interviews.
- Prompt and expert communication with applicants during the interview procedure.
- ATS post-interview, selection, and offer stages: disposing of candidates and updating their status
- After an offer is made to candidates, handle the post-selection and pre-onboarding paperwork and correspond with them in accordance with the 30-, 60-, and 90-day notice periods.
- Get new hire information ready for HR Operations so they can complete BGV and other joining procedures.
- Recruiters should update their daily interview tracker and receive real-time offer updates.
- Arrange for recruiters and hiring managers to participate in phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Follow up with interviewers on a proactive basis to get their input on candidates.
- Arrange candidate information in internal systems, including resumes, assignments, and contact information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- It is required to have zero to six months of work experience, ideally in an HR internship or in a role coordinating recruitment.
- Experience working in a team through extracurricular, professional, or academic activities.
