Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• In charge of making sure that shipment and service invoices are generated and submitted on time.
• Take steps to identify and resolve consumer concerns as soon as possible.
• Communicate with the customer by phone and email to confirm receipt of the shipment, invoices, and due dates.
• As needed, start and answer calls with customers, program managers, and site finance.
