Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Learn about credit analysis and become proficient in it.
- Assist international analytical teams in keeping an eye on announcements, news, and other significant events that affect credits.
- Fill and update spreadsheets with financial and economic information about public sector businesses, non-profits, and local, state, and federal governments.
- Under the direction of a senior analyst, support analytical research by conducting data investigations and other fundamental research tasks.
- Help with the creation of rating committee materials, including making sure that clients have provided all the paperwork needed for rating procedures.
- Assist in guiding analysts to follow strict legal standards, such as maintaining thorough records.
- Verify adherence to corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- International Affairs, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Public Administration, or any related field leading to a bachelor’s, master’s, or postgraduate degree.
- Strong interest in international policy, monetary and fiscal politics, macroeconomics, and country analysis.
- It is desired that candidates have at least one to two years of relevant experience in an analytical capacity in the financial services sector or in public policy.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting and finance principles.
- It is highly preferred to have knowledge of U.S. GAAP/GASB and/or IFRS/IPSAS accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities backed by a keen eye for correctness and detail.
- Fluent in English and possessing strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
