Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Oversee operations and infrastructure services for cloud-based and on-premises technologies.
- In accordance with service and experience level agreements, oversee and run operations and infrastructure.
- Keep your IT infrastructure secure and dependable.
- Determine how to boost operational effectiveness and continuously improve services.
- Oversee and control continuing service improvements and delivery.
- Support, keep an eye on, and maintain cloud computing systems and applications.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify and fix application problems.
- Facilitate program administration and raise the standard of technology delivery overall.
- Monitor and oversee project management office operations to assist with projects at the Technology Delivery Centers.
- Monitor, oversee, report, and resolve problems in a proactive manner.
- Oversee several stakeholders to ensure that priorities and direction are in line.
- Utilizing a low-code development platform, create apps while designing and setting up systems to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Work with three essential components: entity builders, drag-and-drop graphic interfaces, form builders, and pre-built templates.

- Development of test data, test cases, test procedures, and test designs.
- To accomplish the team’s overall test objectives, apply your business and functional understanding, as well as testing standards, guidelines, and methodology.
- In charge of creating testing scenarios for usability assessments.
- Compile all of the reports pertaining to the software testing that was done.
- After analyzing the findings, provide the development team with your observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Minimum requirements: Any year of graduation up to 2024; non-engineering graduate or postgraduate degrees such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com., etc. (apart from engineering streams of B.E., B.Tech, ME, Mtech, MCA, or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications)
- No backlogs were present during the application or onboarding process.
- You should have finished your degree within the allotted time frame in order to be eligible for this position. Therefore, there shouldn’t be any pauses in your degree program. For instance, you have two years to finish your M.Sc. (PG) or three years to finish your BBA.
- In the recent three months, the candidate shouldn’t have gone through the Accenture Recruitment assessment and interview process.
- The candidate’s total full-time experience should not exceed 23 months.
- Candidates must possess the necessary work permit paperwork or be eligible to work in India by virtue of their citizenship. Please be aware that citizens of Bhutan and Nepal are not required to obtain a work visa in order to work in India. To work in India, all other foreign nationals need a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
