  • Create purchase orders based on quotations and invoices from vendors.
  • Helping the accounting team to reconcile bills with active purchase orders.
  • Helping the accounting team with the credit card purchase reconciliation each month.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff members in divisions and the corporate buying department.
  • Keep an eye on and keep track of invoice and renewal deadlines, alerting the appropriate departments about impending renewals.
