- Helping businesses comprehend, evaluate, and implement complicated accounting and reporting changes brought about by new accounting standards, company actions, capital market transactions, and changing regulations.
- By offering effective, long-lasting, and technologically advanced solutions that are in line with accounting and financial reporting regulations, we may increase operational efficiencies in the financial closing and reporting process.
- Help customers prioritize their risk and audit lists by supporting risk assessment. This includes planning the audit’s strategy and scope, creating the audit program, deciding on auditing processes, ensuring the audit is completed, and implementing internal audit standards.
- Provide narratives and process documentation for the engagement’s internal control.
- Conduct and oversee client interviews, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Support a range of internal audit tasks, such as scoping, planning, sending out requests, organizing the gathering and review of documentation, reviewing and discussing draft conclusions, managing the action plan, and sending out reports to clients.
- These tasks include analyzing income statement trends to find any one-time, non-cash, or non-recurring items that could affect normalized earnings; analyzing normalized working capital, seasonality, cash and financial debt positions, and potential adjustments for deal purposes and their impact on free cash flow; and assessing liabilities, including any off-balance sheet items or contingent liabilities.
