About PhonePe

With its headquarters located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, PhonePe is a worldwide corporation that offers digital payments and financial services. In December 2015, Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer established PhonePe. August 2016 saw the launch of the PhonePe app, which is based on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI).

  • Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels
  • To resolve the issue, according to the procedural recommendations.
  • Gain the trust of your customers by interacting with them
  • Capacity to fulfill daily and hourly production targets
  • Use internal resources and procedures to promote resolution.
  • In order to address customer concerns, escalate appropriately with assistance from the right teams.
  • Make suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Engage and educate clients so they can make the most of PhonePe.
