About PhonePe

- Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels
- To resolve the issue, according to the procedural recommendations.

- Capacity to fulfill daily and hourly production targets
- Use internal resources and procedures to promote resolution.
- In order to address customer concerns, escalate appropriately with assistance from the right teams.
