Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Answer all client calls, emails, chats, and portal inquiries. Learn about each client and their unique applications and procedures.
  • Discover the basic functions of frequently used hardware, software, and other devices.
  • Accurately record every service desk ticket using the designated tracking software in accordance with standard operating standards.
  • Make that the scorecard is kept up to date with TAT, SLA, and hits in accordance with the SoW.
  • Handle all inquiries or report them if they can’t be resolved in accordance with the established helpdesk framework and policies.
  • Keep logs of incidents, issues, and their resolution.
  • Update and monitor customer information and status.
  • Forward any customer comments, recommendations, or escalations to the relevant internal team.
  • Determine and recommend ways to make processes, procedures, etc. better.
