Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole technical product evaluation of BrowserStack for the customer.
• To address technical product questions or technical obstacles, aggressively coordinate with client stakeholders such as the customer’s Dev, QA, Network, Security, and Business teams, among others.
• Oversee the technical exploration, RFP replies, product value proposition, architectural direction, L3 technical support escalations, and continuing customer relations activities related to customer engineering.
• Develops technical strategies and solutions to help clients succeed with BrowserStack.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering and product teams, gain knowledge and expertise in testing domain technologies, and adapt to changing client demands. This includes networks, programming, security, CI tools, test automation frameworks, etc.
• Create and oversee in-depth technical training and sessions for clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• A CGPA of 8 or more for a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills; good team player; able to work well in a highly dynamic and collaborative workplace.
• Knowledge of the contemporary Software Development Life Cycle and agile software development and deployment approaches (SDLC).

Required Skills

• The capacity to manage several conflicting priorities in a hectic setting.
• Capacity to simplify difficult ideas into models and frameworks that are simple to understand.
