Roles & responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and promptly reply to emails from customers.
- Handle and address grievances from clients.
- Determine problems and report them to superiors as necessary.
- Give customers information about your products and services.
- Utilising the resources at hand, gather the necessary information and provide the solution to the client.
- Investigate, locate, and address client grievances with relevant software.
- Forward calls and tickets to the right domains and resources so they can assist the user as much as possible.
- Record every call detail in accordance with standard operating practices.
- Identify, record, and notify the management team of any trends in the number of client calls.
- For new issues and the solutions provided, create SOPs.
- Final call records and reports.
