- Assisting colleagues with different facets of customer initiatives and network member involvement.
- Finding new specialists to join GLG’s insight network by generating targeted leads and promptly contacting them via phone, email, and other channels.
- Increasing your knowledge of value chains, industry sectors, and client strategies to find and screen the top specialists for client projects.
- Setting up all calls with your new hires, as well as arranging and verifying important calls and meetings between GLG’s clients and Network Members.
- Actively interacting with GLG’s network members to learn about their areas of expertise and assess how well they fit with client projects.
- Working closely with team members that interact with clients to broaden projects and retarget recruitment groups in order to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- As an associate, you will gain experience in a phone-based, extremely demanding work environment that requires you to prioritize multiple workflows, pay close attention to detail, and work on several projects at once.
- Find and screen new, pertinent experts for the GLG Network while honing your outreach, lead generation, screening, and pitching abilities.
