Roles & Responsibilities
- Determine the problems with the applications and infrastructure and fix them.
- Ensure that clients’ functional, technical, and infrastructure problems are resolved
- Help clients with a range of skill sets (from users to administrators and engineers) overcome technological obstacles
- Prioritise advancing self-service, automation, and changing cloud infrastructure settings.
- Facilitate programme management and raise the standard of technology delivery overall by monitoring and overseeing project management office operations. Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centres
- Actively keep an eye on, oversee, document, and resolve problems related to the completion of tasks.
- Organise various stakeholders such that goals and priorities are in line.
- Utilising a low-code development platform, create applications while establishing and configuring systems to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Utilise these three essential components: form builders, entity builders, drag-and-drop graphic interfaces, and pre-built templates
- In order to optimise and automate internal business processes, conduct research and analysis on them.
- The development of test cases, test designs, test procedures, and test data
- To achieve the team’s overall test objectives, apply business and functional expertise, including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology.
- In charge of creating test scenarios for usability assessments
- Compile all reports pertaining to the software testing that was done.
- Examine the outcomes, then provide the development team with your observations.
