Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Oversee the operations and infrastructure services for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• In accordance with service and experience level agreements, manage and run operations and infrastructure.
• Uphold a secure and dependable IT infrastructure.
• Determine how to boost operational efficacy and continuously enhance services.
• Oversee and control the continuous provision of services and improvements.
• Systems for cloud computing and application support, monitoring, and upkeep.
• Utilise technical expertise to identify and fix application problems.
• Facilitate programme management and raise the standard of technology delivery in general.
• Monitor and oversee the operations of the project management office to assist with projects in the Technology Delivery Centres.
• Actively keep an eye on, oversee, document, and resolve problems related to the completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with several stakeholders to set priorities and directions.
• Utilising a low-code development platform, create apps while designing and setting up systems to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Work with the following three essential components: entity builders, drag-and-drop graphic interfaces, pre-built templates, and form builders.
• In order to optimise and automate internal business processes, do research and analysis on them.
• The development of test cases, test designs, test procedures, and test data.
• To achieve the team’s overall test objectives, apply functional and business expertise, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodology.
• In charge of creating test scenarios for the purpose of usability testing.
• Compile all reports pertaining to the software testing that was done.
• After doing an analysis of the data, send the development team the observations.

• All B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S., B.F.M., B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed, B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B. Design, M.C.M., M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A., M.Com, or M.FA from 2023 and 2024 year of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered)
• No backlogs exist while applying or throughout the onboarding process.
• It is expected that you have finished your degree within the allotted time frame, making you qualified for this position. Therefore, there shouldn’t be any breaks while you complete your degree. For instance, you have to finish your M.Sc. in two years or your BBA in three.
• The candidate shouldn’t have participated in the evaluation or interview process for Accenture Recruitment during the previous three months.
• The candidate’s experience should not exceed 11 months.
• The candidate’s citizenship or possession of the necessary work permit documentation must allow them to work in India. Note that citizens of Bhutan and Nepal are able to work in India without a work visa. To work in India, all other foreign nationals must have a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card, an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or a work visa.
