Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Serve as the first line of defense and a spokesperson for all clients worldwide to guarantee that we provide a continuously satisfying customer experience by promptly answering questions and resolving problems.
- Help clients navigate features and functionalities to get the most out of their experience and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Meet predetermined team goals, including producing excellent and high-quality results.
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues via emails and live chats, and where necessary, conduct direct support calls with clients.
- You will continue to serve as the customer’s point of contact by providing frequent updates and verifying solutions, and you will escalate tickets to the proper teams when necessary.
- Work well together with worldwide stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Become an AlphaSense product expert by actively studying, keeping abreast of new features, and completing any knowledge gaps.
- Determine what information needs to be improved, and using their areas of expertise, help create and update tutorials, knowledge base articles, and other support materials.
- As needed, help with unique initiatives.
