Roles & Responsibilities
- Your goal as an Amazon Customer Service Associate is to prevent problems, respond to inquiries, and satisfy customers.
- As our clients’ initial point of contact, you will respond to their inquiries via phone, chat, or email. This includes helping them with order and product inquiries as well as payment issues and website navigation.
- Utilising an array of resources, our customer service representatives navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions while proficiently interacting with clients.
- Working varying hours is necessary for this position in order to accommodate consumers’ needs.
- Work shifts will include night, day, and late shifts, and a minimum of 40 hours per week, such as 4×10 hours or 5×8 hours. We arrange using a range of alternative shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm on Sunday and Monday in order to meet consumer demand. It can be necessary for you to work on public holidays.

Required Skills & qualifications
- A minimum of 10 + 2 is required to qualify. Any PG or graduate is qualified to apply.
- The candidate ought not to be enrolled in any regular courses.
- Mandate is excellent communication in English.
- Must be at ease working nights and having flexible schedules with weekly off.
