Roles & Responsibilities

• Meets SLA, production, and quality standards, among other business metrics and goals.
• Operates with little guidance.
• Keeps track of daily tasks by making required updates to workflow tools or trackers.
• Complies with SOP/guidelines, manager directives, and standards for quality in output.
• Contributes, where appropriate, to concepts for operational excellence and project improvement.
• Accountable for providing prompt, guidance-filled responses to stakeholders on relevant tasks in accordance with established SLAs and SOPs.
• Alerts managers or other stakeholders in a proactive manner to problems or concerns that could affect operations or key deliverables.
• Evaluates trends and patterns in data analysis and suggests general patterns that should be turned into rules.
• A readiness to deal with delicate subjects, such as but not restricted to: Adult material, Weapons, alcohol, tobacco, and other potentially harmful products; religious and philosophically sensitive topics.
• Resolving process-related problems and, if necessary, carrying out root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of online shopping (e-commerce).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A graduate degree or its equivalent.
• Fluent in the English language. The candidate must exhibit fluency in all areas of language, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Strong command of the English language: reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Capacity to successfully and efficiently finish difficult tasks or goals within the allotted SLA.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
• Basic familiarity with Excel.
• Knowledge of the internet retail sector (e-commerce industry).
